Montfort may provide a member directory or contact information on this Site, which could include details such as the names, job titles, phone numbers, and addresses of Montfort members and their representatives. This information is shared for individuals participating in Montfort-related functions, conferences, activities, or events. The purpose of making this information available is to facilitate communication, networking, and collaboration among participants. Montfort takes reasonable steps to ensure that any personal data displayed is accurate and relevant, and participants are encouraged to update their details as necessary to ensure continued accuracy.
  • Conference or meeting attendee lists. Montfort may make available on this Site listings of conference or meeting attendees, including the name, job title, and company affiliation. Montfort may make available on this Site a mailing or distribution list of Montfort members and companies and/or individuals participating in Montfort functions, conferences, activities or events for periodic email updates, alerts, or invitations concerning Montfort functions, conferences, activities or events. If your company or individual name(s) has been added to the mailing list by mistake or if you no longer wish to receive Montfort updates, alerts or correspondence, you may click the “Opt-out” button on the mailing list itself, or alternatively, contact to legalnotice@mont-fort.com and request in writing that your name(s) be removed from the mailing or distribution list.
  • Forms, templates, or other documentation. Montfort may publish on this Site any documentation provided by you, its members, or conference participants, including materials submitted under Montfort’s Submission Agreement or other membership-related documents. This may include contributions or submissions made to Montfort for the purpose of facilitating collaboration, knowledge-sharing, or participation in Montfort’s activities and events. All documents made available are subject to the applicable terms and conditions governing their submission and use.

3.2. Personal Information You Provide

Montfort may also collect information that you, its members, or conference attendees volunteer through forms, written submissions or other communications on this Site or with Montfort, such as your contact information, professional capacity or employment affiliation, and email address. Montfort, however, does not solicit or want to receive any confidential or proprietary information as discussed and described below.
